Customized products require additional production time before dispatch.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

are made specifically for each customer.
Because these products are manufactured after your order is placed, dispatch may take slightly longer than regular products.

Delivery time depends on your location.

Shipping Charges

From time to time, 4FY may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional offers.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available).
You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact number.
If an incorrect address is provided:

4FY will not be responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect customer information.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the order may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
Damaged Package
If your package appears damaged during delivery:

Take clear photos before opening the package.

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Include your Order ID and photos for verification.
International Shipping
Currently, 4FY ships only within India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
