At 4FY, we specialize in creating personalized and custom-made products such as Custom Photo Frames, Custom Mobile Covers, Mobile Skins, and other made-to-order items. Every custom product is created specifically according to the customer's selected design, uploaded image, or customization request.

No Return or Refund on Customized Products

Since all personalized products are made exclusively for each customer, we do not accept returns, refunds, replacements, or exchanges for customized products once an order has been confirmed and production has started.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom Photo Frames

  • Custom Mobile Covers

  • Mobile Skins

  • Personalized Gifts

  • Any product made using customer-uploaded photos, text, or custom designs

Please review your uploaded images, selected phone model, text, and other customization details carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

Orders for customized products can only be cancelled before production begins.

Once your order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product during delivery,

  • A defective product due to manufacturing,

  • Or a product different from what you ordered,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your Order Number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we may offer a replacement or another appropriate solution at our discretion.

Incorrect Information Provided by Customer

4FY is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer, including but not limited to:

  • Wrong uploaded image

  • Incorrect phone model selection

  • Low-quality or blurred images

  • Spelling mistakes

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Incorrect contact details

Please ensure all information is correct before completing your purchase.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized products

  • Custom-made products

  • Mobile Skins

  • Custom Mobile Covers

  • Custom Photo Frames

  • Clearance or Sale items (unless received damaged or incorrect)

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Order could not be fulfilled by 4FY.

  • Payment was successfully charged but the order was not processed.

  • Replacement is not possible for a verified manufacturing defect.

Refund approval is entirely at the discretion of 4FY after reviewing the case.
